Confidentiality of Personal Information

As a registered investment adviser with the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission ("SEC"), Pruneyard Financial Group, Inc. ("Pruneyard Financial") must comply with:

• SEC Regulation S-P, which requires registered investment advisers to adopt policies and procedures to protect the non-public personal information (“NPI”) of natural person consumers and customers and to disclose to such persons policies and procedures for protecting that information.

As a California-based corporation, and one that does business with California consumers, we must also comply with the California Financial Information Privacy Act (SB1) and California Consumer Protection Act (CCPA).

What Information Do We Collect? How Do We Use It?

When visitors access our website, they can choose to Contact Us or Book an appointment through the website. The contact dialog requests personal information such as name, address, email address, and telephone number. We also monitor customer traffic patterns and aggregate site usage to help us develop the design and layout of the site. Statistics that we gather about unique visits, referring URLs, repeat visits and page views are all based on IP addresses, and are not associated with your personal information.
